本研究用染液渗入法检测四种国产化学固化型修复材料分别与切/(牙合)壁及龈壁之间的微渗漏.结果表明:玻璃离子粘固粉,CO—1粘固粉的微渗漏最小,染液渗入限于洞侧壁,银汞合金边缘的染液渗入可达洞底,以上每种材料分别在切/(牙合)壁及龈壁的微渗漏没有差别.EB复合树脂直接充填时染液渗入达洞底,在龈壁并可渗入髓腔,其在龈壁的微渗漏明显大于切/(牙合)壁.酸蚀釉质后切/(牙合)壁的渗漏明显下降,与龈壁的差别更明显,此研究可为临床牙体修复提供参考.
