为解决磁选柱运行中存在的耗水量高、处理量低等问题,对磁选柱控制系统进行了改进,增加了给水量、给矿量的监测和控制设备,利用PID控制调节磁选柱的给水量和给矿量。通过对比试验结果表明:在同等条件下,改进后的磁选柱控制系统在耗水量、处理量及精矿品位等方面的工艺指标均具有小幅提升。
In order to solve the problems of high water consumption and low throughput in the operation of magnetic separation column, the control system of magnetic separation column was improved, and the monitoring and control equipment for water supply and ore quantity were added. The PID control was used to adjust the magnetic separation column The amount of water and to the amount of ore. The results of the comparative tests show that under the same conditions, the improved magnetic separation column control system has a slight improvement in the process indicators of water consumption, throughput and concentrate grade.
