随着劳动力成本的不断上升和东南亚市场的冲击,我国纺织服装出口面临着严峻的形势。红领集团作为纺织服装行业的领军企业,将工业化和信息化深度融合,依托信息技术实现个性化服装生产全过程标准化,实现了个性化产品的规模化、工业化生产,使服装生产摆脱了低利率,达到个性化定制的高附加值。本文通过介绍红领集团“两化融合”的经验,给我国企业实现转型升级提供借鉴。
