最近,我们对湘潭市国有商业银行信贷员队伍的情况进行了一次专题调查,其具体情况如下: 一、基本情况:信贷员队伍主流是好的,对提高信贷资产质量是有贡献的,但在向商业银行转轨中,信贷员队伍建设滞后于金融改革的发展。 1995年末,湘潭市国有商业银行全员总数3970人,其中,信贷员304人(含基层营业所主任),占全员总数7.66%。从信贷员队伍年龄结构看,40岁以下的占94.51%;从专业年限看,从事金融工作五年以上的占79.60%,从事信贷工作五年以上的有56.90%f从文化层次看,大专以上学历的为51.64%,金融专业中专以上的占47.69%;从岗位培训看,1995年度参加省、市级培训的有239人,占78.61%;从政治面貌看,党、团员占到58.22%。从以上统计数据中可以看到,国有商业银行的信贷员队伍是一支人数不多,年纪轻、
Recently, we carried out a special survey of the loan officers of state-owned commercial banks in Xiangtan City. The details are as follows: I. Basic Information: The mainstream loan officers are good and contribute to improving the quality of credit assets. However, In the transition to commercial banks, the construction of loan officers lags behind the development of financial reform. At the end of 1995, the total number of state-owned commercial banks in Xiangtan City was 3,970, of whom 304 were credit officers (including those at the grassroots level), accounting for 7.66% of the total.
