在经济全球化和互联网时代的大背景下,市场竞争的主体从企业转变为供应链,本文分析了供应链管理的理论基础、供应链集成对企业的影响,以及供应链集成提高企业财务绩效的作用机理。本文从财务角度分析供应链管理对企业的影响,肯定了供应链管理对企业财务绩效的促进作用,并且提出了一些建议,希望能为企业的经营战略与政府的管理政策提供一些参考。
