为适应高铁乘务这一新兴职业对于英语能力的要求,本文以工作过程为导向,针对高铁乘务员、高铁车站售票员和高铁车站客运员等岗位的典型工作任务,提炼出岗位对于职业英语能力的要求,从而构建切实可行的《高铁乘务英语》课程内容,为提高高铁乘务专业学生的职业英语能力奠定教学基础。
In order to meet the requirement of high-speed rail service, which is a new job for English proficiency, this paper takes the process of work as a guide. The dissertation extracts the job requirements for vocational English ability for the typical job tasks of high-speed rail attendant, train station conductor and HSR station passenger, So as to construct a feasible “High Speed Rail English” course content, to lay a foundation for improving the professional English ability of HSR trainee majors.
