我厂300轧机下辊压上调整装置是由人工调整。由于下闸调整机构的工作环境恶劣,生产中氧化铁皮和粉尘等渗入丝杆和螺母之间,常造成下调整机构卡死失灵,影响生产。也曾甩掉下闸传动机构,改用斜铁块来调整下辊。但生产实践证明,这样不仅增加劳动强度,也影响轧机的作业率。为了解决这一问题,我厂设计了活塞式密封装置,如图1所示。
I plant 300 rolling mill under the pressure on the adjustment device is manually adjusted. Due to the poor working environment of the gate adjustment mechanism, the oxidation scale and dust infiltrated between the screw rod and the nut during the production often cause the failure of the adjustment mechanism and affect the production. Also had to get rid of the next gate drive, switch to use the inclined iron block to adjust the lower roll. However, production practice has proved that this not only increases the labor intensity, but also affects the mill’s operating rate. In order to solve this problem, I design a piston seal device, as shown in Figure 1.
