汽车维修工作是指汽车在行驶一定里程或出现故障后,所进行的寻找和确定故障部位、拆卸、修理、安装、调试直至最后验证汽车确已恢复到原有工作状态的整个过程。汽车维修制度的改革,关系到用户和国家的利益。在改革中需要做大量的基础工作。目前,我国普遍采用计划预防保养制度,近年来也有人提议采用定期检查、按需(视情)维修制度。怎样看待这两种制度,是一项值得深入探讨的问题。从技术经济方面来看,我们目前应做两项工作。一是研究汽车发生故障的机理和规律,评比两种制度对汽车可靠性的影响;二是研究两种不同制度的经济效益,即在一定的可靠度指标下,哪一种制度费用最低。
Car repair work refers to the car after driving a certain mileage or failure, the search for and identify the fault location, disassembly, repair, installation, commissioning until finally verified that the car has indeed returned to its original working condition of the entire process. The reform of the vehicle maintenance system has a bearing on the interests of users and the state. In the reform we need to do a lot of basic work. At present, our country generally adopts the plan to prevent and maintain the system. In recent years, some people also suggested to adopt the system of regular inspection and on-demand (depending on the circumstances) maintenance. How to treat these two systems is a question worth exploring in depth. From a technical and economic point of view, we should do two tasks at present. The first is to study the mechanism and law of automobile failure and evaluate the impact of the two systems on the reliability of the automobile. The second is to study the economic benefits of the two different systems, namely, which one has the lowest system cost under a certain reliability index.
