当前,国内建筑市场还没有建立适应新时期要求的设计人才管理体系,造成了骨干员工流动性大,工作不稳定。骨干员工频繁流动给工程项目设计造成了一些损失;企业设计、研究力量不能持续提高,严重影响企业市场竞争力的稳步提高。本文通过对当前中小建筑设计企业对设计人才管理存在的问题和对设计人才中骨干设计员工的个性和特点分析,提出了中小建筑设计企业设计人才的管理策略。
At present, the domestic construction market has not yet established a design talent management system that meets the requirements of the new period, resulting in the large mobility and unstable work of key staff. The frequent turnover of key employees caused some losses to the design of the project. The design and research strength of enterprises could not be continuously increased, which seriously affected the steady improvement of the market competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the current small and medium-sized architectural design enterprises on the management of design talent management problems and the backbone of the design staff in the personality and characteristics of analysis, put forward the management of small and medium-sized architectural design business management personnel.
