工业与交通的噪声源可分为气体动力性、机械性和电磁性三种。在许多场合下,机械噪声占了较大的比重,它主要发生于各种原动机,传动机构和执行机构中。在这“噪声大合唱”中齿轮传动所引起的噪声是其中坚定的一员,为了满足容许声压级为85—90分贝这一试行标准,努力降低齿轮噪声对各行各业都有现实意义。本文综述降低齿轮噪声的各种途径和措施,重点阐述在齿轮啮合处如何降低噪声,并做技术经济性的分析比较。
Industrial and traffic noise sources can be divided into gas-powered, mechanical and electromagnetic three. In many cases, mechanical noise accounts for a large proportion, it occurs mainly in a variety of prime mover, transmission and actuator. The noise caused by gear drives in this “noise chorus” is a staunch one and in an effort to meet the pilot standards that allow sound pressure levels of 85-90 dB, efforts to reduce gear noise are of practical significance to all walks of life. This article reviews various ways and measures to reduce gear noise, and focuses on how to reduce noise at the gear mesh and makes technical and economical analysis and comparison.
