为了测试新购置和修复后的螺杆钻具马达密封压差,避免钻具盲目报废和盲目使用,以及为钻具能否使用提供科学依据,研制出LMT—Ⅰ型螺杆钻具马达试验台。试验台主要由主机、水路系统、液压系统、电气控制系统和微机系统构成。介绍了试验台主要部件的结构、技术参数及特点,并对测试过程作了论述。使用表明,试验台设计合理,能满足生产和使用要求,操作方便,性能可靠,能有效地提高钻井效益。
In order to test the newly purchased and repaired screw drill motor seal pressure to avoid blind scrapped blind and blind use, and to provide a scientific basis for the use of drilling tools to develop LMT-Ⅰ screw drill motor test bed. Test bench mainly by the host, waterway systems, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems and computer systems. The structure, technical parameters and features of the main components of the test bench are introduced, and the testing process is discussed. Use shows that the test bed design is reasonable to meet the production and use requirements, easy operation, reliable performance, can effectively improve the drilling efficiency.
