帛书《易传》具有独特的问题意识,带有春秋战国之际古人对《周易》进行理论创作之初始阶段的思想痕迹。在帛书《易传》看来,文王的德行和智慧是《周易》政治思想的历史来源,而“尊天敬众”则是《周易》政治思想的终极理据。帛书《易传》将推行文德教化作为治道的核心,而以“君子在上”为治道得以实现的关键,因此非常重视举贤任能的问题。就君道而言,帛书《易传》以谦卑自持为君王的重要品德,认为君臣之间实现“欢欣交通”的和谐关系是实现圣王之道的保障。从中可以发现,帛书《易传》以儒家德治思想为主旨,而又杂有黄老学的观念。
