小学数学课堂教学要面向全体学生,教师要在把握教材内容的基础上,对学生的现有知识状况有充分的了解。课堂教学要以占绝大多数的中等生为主,让大多数学生都有思考和表现自己的机会。教学中教师要树立以人为本的思想,关心学生的情感需要和学生个性发展的要求,使学生在课堂上敢于思考,敢于表达自己的见解,这样的课堂教学效率才是最高的。笔者认为,构建有效的课堂可以从以下几方面着手。
Primary mathematics classroom teaching should be for all students, teachers should grasp the content of the textbook, based on the existing knowledge of students have a full understanding. Classroom teaching to the vast majority of secondary students, so that most students have the opportunity to think and show their own. In teaching, teachers should set up people-oriented thinking, care for the emotional needs of students and the development of students’ personality requirements, make students dare to think in the classroom, and dare to express their own opinions, so that the efficiency of classroom teaching is the highest. The author believes that the construction of effective classroom can proceed from the following aspects.
