丝杠冷轧与车削工艺相比具有生产率高(平均高15倍)、成本低(平均低(1/2))、省材料(20%)、强度好及寿命长等优点。但多年来由于冷轧丝杠的全长累积误差及中径椭圆度误差不能稳定地达到Ⅲ级精度(新标准8级),使冷轧丝杠的应用范围受到限制。为解决这一技术关键,我厂近年对轧制设备、测试手段、辊形理论进行了试验研究,并于今年9月份T36×6冷轧丝杠有90%稳定Ⅲ级(8级),部份(30%)达到Ⅱ级(7级)。
Screw cold rolling and turning process compared with high productivity (average 15 times higher), low cost (average low (1/2)), the provincial material (20%), good strength and long life. However, over the years due to the cumulative error of the full-length cold-rolled screw and the diameter of the ellipticity error can not be stable to achieve Ⅲ grade accuracy (the new standard 8), so that the scope of the application of cold-rolled screw is limited. In order to solve this key technology, I plant in recent years on the rolling equipment, test methods, the theory of the roll were studied and in September this year T36 × 6 cold-rolled screw 90% stable grade Ⅲ (8), the Department A (30%) reached Grade II (Grade 7).
