目的比较四种临床常用烤瓷合金的金瓷结合强度,为临床医师选择修复材料提供理论依据。方法采用烤瓷加载和无烤瓷加载(空载)两次测量,对目前临床常用的Ti合金、纯Ti、低含金量Au合金、高含金量Au合金四种烤瓷用合金在其最佳处理状态下的金瓷结合强度做比较分析。结果四种金属的金瓷结合强度大小顺序为:高含金量Au合金>低含金量Au合金>Ti合金>纯Ti。结论①高含金量Au合金有着较强的金瓷结合能力。②纯Ti烤瓷用金属的金瓷结合能力有待改善。③金瓷结合强度大小受金瓷匹配,金属表面处理和技师操作等因素影响。
Objective To compare the strength of gold-porcelain between four kinds of commonly used porcelain alloys, and provide theoretical basis for clinicians to choose the materials to repair them. Methods Two measurements of porcelain loading and no porcelain loading (no-load) were used to measure the best treatment state of the four kinds of porcelain alloys commonly used in clinic such as Ti alloy, pure Ti, Au alloy with low Au content and Au alloy with high Au content. Under the strength of gold and porcelain to do a comparative analysis. Results The bonding strength of the four metals was in the order of high Au content> low Au content> Ti content> pure Ti content. Conclusion ① high gold content Au alloy has a strong gold-porcelain binding capacity. ② Pure Ti porcelain with the metal porcelain bonding capacity to be improved. ③ gold and porcelain bond strength by porcelain matching, metal surface treatment and technician operations and other factors.
