目的:研究颌骨囊肿受累牙根管治疗中采用联合方法测量根管工作长度的效果。方法:选取36例颌骨囊肿受累患牙需术前根管治疗的患者,共135颗患牙,186个根管,随机分为两组,实验组(93个根管)采用电测法联合纸尖法测量根管工作长度,对照组(93个根管)则采用电测法联合X线法测量根管工作长度。对比两组根管充填后的充填效果。结果:实验组的根管恰填率为90.32%,高于对照组的79.57%(P<0.05)。结论:采用电测法联合纸尖法测量颌骨囊肿受累牙根管工作长度,准确率高,根管充填效果好且安全。
Objective: To study the effect of measuring the working length of root canals by combined method in the treatment of mandibular cyst. Methods: Thirty-six patients with mandibular cyst affected by preoperative root canal therapy were enrolled. A total of 135 teeth with 186 root canals were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (93 root canal) Paper tip method to measure the working length of root canal, the control group (93 root canal) is the use of electrical measurement combined with X-ray method to measure the length of the root canal work. The filling effect of two groups of root canal filling was compared. Results: The root canal filling rate in the experimental group was 90.32%, which was higher than that in the control group (79.57%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The method of electrical measurement combined with paper tip method to measure the working length of the root canal of the jaw cyst is accurate, the root canal filling effect is good and safe.
