目的研究胡萝卜和番茄延缓衰老的作用。方法大鼠皮下注射100 mg/kg D-半乳糖建立衰老动物模型,同时连续26周喂饲胡萝卜或番茄(15 g/day),观察两者对衰老模型大鼠的影响。结果胡萝卜和番茄使衰老大鼠肝脏(P<0.05)和肾脏(P<0.01)中丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低;番茄能明显提高衰老大鼠脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(P<0.05),胡萝卜可使衰老大鼠脑谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力明显提高(P<0.05)。结论胡萝卜和番茄可能拮抗大鼠的衰老。
Objective To study the anti-aging effect of carrot and tomato. Methods The rat model of aging was subcutaneously injected with 100 mg / kg D-galactose and the carrot or tomato (15 g / day) was fed continuously for 26 weeks. The effects of both on aging model rats were observed. Results The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver (P <0.05) and the kidney (P <0.01) of aging rats were decreased significantly by carrot and tomato. Tomato significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) P <0.05). Carrot significantly increased glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in aging rats (P <0.05). Conclusion Carrot and tomato may antagonize the aging of rats.
