为探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)与角膜新生血管形成(cornealneovascularization,CNV)之间的关系,将bFGF掺入缓释剂Hydron植入兔角膜实质层诱导CNV,根据缓释体中bFGF的含量不同分为空白对照组、500ngbFGF组、1000ngbFGF组,定期裂隙灯观察、摄片,计算机图像分析CNV面积,光镜及透射电镜观察。结果:1000ngbFGF可诱导较多CNV,500ng诱导少许CNV,而空白对照组无CNV,早期500ngbFGF及空白对照组可见少许炎性细胞浸润,而1000ngbFGF可诱导大量的炎性细胞
In order to investigate the relationship between basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and corneal neovascularization (CNV), bFGF was implanted into the corneal parenchyma of rabbit to induce CNV, The content of bFGF was divided into blank control group, 500ngbFGF group, 1000ngbFGF group, regular slit lamp observation, radiography, computer image analysis of CNV area, light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results: 1000ngbFGF induced more CNV, 500ng induced a little CNV, while the blank control group had no CNV. The early 500ngbFGF and blank control group showed a little inflammatory cell infiltration, while 1000ngbFGF induced a large number of inflammatory cells
