几年来,我们比较全面地研究了青蒿的抗疟作用,在青蒿中提取分离得到抗疟有效成份黄蒿素.通过云南地区和全国八个省市有关单位研究表明,黄蒿素对恶性疟、间日疟都具有杀原虫快、退热快、无明显付作用三大优点,其高效、速效性能优于氯喹.现将有关研究应用的情况作一简单介绍.一、青蒿的形态及分布青蒿为菊科艾属植物黄花蒿(Artemisia annua L.)的全草,一年生草本,高40~150厘米,多分枝,有异臭.茎元柱形,叶互生,有极细的毛.头状花序,球形,直径约2毫
