目的:探讨轴型皮瓣修复四肢深度电烧伤创面的临床应用价值.方法:根据损伤特点选用各种轴型皮瓣修复四肢深度电烧伤36例共52个创面.结果:本组36例52个电烧伤创面接受轴型皮瓣治疗,其中2个皮瓣由于蒂部肿胀压迫导致静脉回流障碍,术后出现远端淤血,经即时减张处理最终皮瓣成活,其余皮瓣术后全部成活,伤口愈合良好.结论:利用各种轴型皮瓣修复四肢深度电烧伤,能够有效覆盖创面,保护患肢功能.
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of axial skin flap in the repair of deep electric burns on the extremities.Methods: According to the characteristics of injury, various axial skin flaps were used to repair 36 cases of deep electric burns with 52 wounds.Results: The electric burn wounds were treated with axial skin flap. Two of the flaps suffered from venous return disorder due to the swelling of the pedicle, the distal congestion occurred after operation. The final flaps survived immediately after decompression and the remaining flaps survived. Wound healed well.Conclusion: The use of various axial skin flaps to repair deep limbs electric burns can effectively cover the wound and protect limb function.
