一机部冲击式风扳机、风镐、风铲、铆钉机部标审查会议于1974年12月16日至23日在浙江省杭州市召开。会议是在一机部机械院、浙江省机械局、杭州市机械局的领导下,由天水风动工具研究所,通化风动工具厂、杭州风动工具厂主持召开的。来自全国各地50个单位的73名代表认真学习了伟大领袖毛主席有关指示,学习了中央有关文件,以阶级斗争为纲,总结和交流了“抓革命、促生产”,开展标准化工作的经验。会议从国家和全局利益出发,经过反复研究讨论和补充修改后,通过了这四个产品的部标报批稿,并制定了贯彻执行部标准的有效措施。为了便于行业各厂及有关单位使用,现将这四个产品的型式与基本参数(部标报批稿)刊出,如有出入以一机部正式公布的部标准为准。
A machine impact type wind trigger, picks, wind shovels, rivets Machine Ministry standard review meeting in December 16, 1974 to 23 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The meeting was held under the leadership of Machinery Department of a Machinery Department, Machinery Bureau of Zhejiang Province and Machinery Bureau of Hangzhou Municipality under the leadership of Tianshui Pneumatic Tools Research Institute, Tonghua Pneumatic Tools Factory and Hangzhou Fengdong Tools Factory. Seventy-three delegates from 50 units across the country have conscientiously studied the instructions given by Chairman Mao, the great leader, learned the relevant documents from the Central Government, summed up and exchanged the experience of “grasping the revolution and promoting production” and carried out standardization work based on the class struggle. The meeting proceeded from national and overall interests, after repeated research discussions, supplements and revisions, approved the draft of the four products for approval and formulated effective measures for implementing the standards of the Ministry of Enforcement. In order to facilitate the use of various plants and related units in the industry, the format and basic parameters of these four products are now published (if approved by the Ministry of Standards and Industry), the departmental standards promulgated by a machine department shall prevail.
