促使央企高管们紧锣密鼓商讨“对策”的是一份日前由中共中央政治局审议通过的方案——《中央管理企业负责人薪酬制度改革方案》。这个方案透露出一个重要信息,部分央企、国有金融企业主要负责人薪酬将大幅降低。根据薪酬改革方案,央企负责人的薪酬将由目前的基本年薪和绩效年薪两部分构成,调整为由基本年薪、绩效年薪、任期激励收入3部分构成,同时取消职务消费。舆论普遍认为,绝大多数央企高管的收入会有较大幅度降低。
