经济是今天,知识是明天。知识经济的兴起,信息时代的到来,面对机遇和挑战,卫生事业管理者和广大医务人员要激励创新意识,鼓励创新行为、保护和培育创新人才。一是端正态度,抓住机遇,迎接知识经济的挑战,二是更新三层观念,三是在知识经济选择中:1.发展和瞄准高科技。2.推动知识的创新。3.加强管理学科建设和人才培养。
The economy is today, knowledge is tomorrow. With the rise of the knowledge economy, the advent of the information age, and opportunities and challenges, health managers and the general medical staff must inspire innovation, encourage innovation, and protect and nurture innovative talent.
