企业工资分配制度是否合理,不仅关系到劳动者的切身利益和企业的长远发展,而且影响到社会的和谐与稳定。改革开放30年来企业工资分配制度发生了很大变革,但也存在不少问题。认真总结分析当前企业工资收入分配中的情况和问题,提出深化企业工资分配制度改革的对策措施,很有必要。

In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, there has been a great change in the wage distribution system of enterprises, but there are still many problems.
