《义务教育英语课程标准》指出:“小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使学生初步建立学习英语的自信心。”所以,小学阶段培养学生学习英语的兴趣至关重要。“三年级效应”在英语学科上体现得已经越来越突出、明显,尤其是一二年级要求不严,考核宽松,学生学无所获。所以到了三年级,学生再学英语时,明显感觉后劲不足,学习困难,学习兴趣也就越来越淡,导致到了高年级,
