10g/kg的桂枝汤灌胃大鼠,能抑制CAMP脑室注射引起的发热反应。在酵母诱致发热的大鼠,其下丘脑组织的CAMP含量显著增加,血浆CAMP含量上升,cGMP含量下降,cAMP/cGMP比值显著上升;在安痛定诱致体温低下的大鼠,其下丘脑组织的CAMP含量减少,血浆CAMP含量下降,cGMP含量上升,cAMP/cGMP比值显著下降。10g/kg的桂枝汤灌胃能分别逆转下丘脑和血浆中环磷酸腺普含量的变化,使之向正常水平方向恢复,同时相应伴有发热解热或低体温升温作用。结果提示,桂枝汤对体温的双向调节,部分通过影响体温中枢中环核苷酸实现的。
10 g/kg Guizhi Tang fed rats can inhibit the fever reaction caused by intracerebroventricular injection of CAMP. In rats with fever induced by yeast, the CAMP content in hypothalamus increased significantly, plasma CAMP content increased, cGMP content decreased, and cAMP/cGMP ratio increased significantly; CAMP content decreased, plasma CAMP content decreased, cGMP content increased, and cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased significantly. The gavage of 10 g/kg Guizhi Decoction can reverse the changes of cyclic adenosine phosphate in hypothalamus and plasma, respectively, and make them recover to the normal level, with corresponding fever or hypothermia or hypothermia. The results suggest that the two-way regulation of body temperature by Guizhi Decoction is achieved in part by affecting the cyclic nucleotides in the body temperature center.
