我厂是生产各类橡胶软管和水油法再生胶的专业工厂,是化工部和市化工局的重点企业之一。1983年8月以来。先后获得了无泄漏工厂、合格企业、清洁文明工厂等荣誉称号,并被评为全国化工企业设备管理先进单位。1986年下半年在企业面临资金紧缺的情况下,我们运用控制论的基本原理,对设备维修费用实行包干使用,取得了较好的经济效益。
Our factory is a professional factory producing various types of rubber hoses and water-oil reclaimed rubber. It is one of the key enterprises of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Municipal Bureau of Chemical Industry. Since August 1983. It has obtained honorary titles such as non-leakage factories, qualified enterprises, and clean and civilized factories. It has also been awarded the title of National Advanced Unit for Chemical Enterprise Equipment Management. In the second half of 1986, under the condition that the company was in short supply of funds, we applied the basic principles of cybernetics to implement the leasing of equipment maintenance costs and achieved good economic benefits.
