近年来,在防治粘虫工作中一刀切现象仍十分严重,有些地方命令主义依然盛行。由于心中无数,甚至流行着这样说话:“不管有虫无虫,统统打一遍药,否则出了问题你负责”!但是粘虫的发生,无论轻发生年分,重发生年分,还是一般发生年分,其田间虫口密度分布是极不均匀的。盲目打药,显然不符合客观实际,不符合经济规律,不符合科学种田精神,这种现象必须纠正。为此,我写了这篇材料,借贵刊一角予以介绍,供各地参考。
