由于装载机、铲运机等工程车辆作业经常在行进间进行,发动机需要同时驱动行走装置和工作装置,因此一般认为这类车辆发动机与液力变矩器匹配时,应首先从发动机输出的功率中扣除工作装置所需功率,以剩下的功率与变矩器匹配。本文对这类车辆的工作过程和不同匹配方法对整机性能的影响作了分析,指出变矩器与发动机匹配时不应扣除工作装置所需功率,应以发动讥输出的全部有效功率与变矩器匹配。
