目的分析福建省法定传染病网络报告质量现状,为制定质量控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2012年全国疾病监测系统的网络报告监测数据和各级医疗单位现场调查结果进行描述性分析。结果 2012年福建省医疗机构网络报告率为99.4%;共报告法定传染病289 301例,未及时报告率0.22%,未及时审核率为0.06%;重复报告7例;综合率为99.7%。现场调查未发现漏报。各级机构之间的完整率、准确率和一致率差异均有统计学意义,乡镇级的完整率和准确率较高,地市级的一致率较高,而区县级均较低。传染病登记的职业完整率(78.0%)、现住址准确率(79.0%)和职业一致率(77.3%)较低。结论区县级医疗机构法定传染病网络报告质量较低,部分地区问题较多,相关部门应根据现状采取针对性措施进一步提高传染病网络报告质量。
Objective To analyze the status quo of the network of notifiable infectious diseases in Fujian Province and provide a scientific basis for making quality control measures. Methods A descriptive analysis was made on the monitoring data of network reports of the national disease surveillance system in 2012 and the field survey results of medical units at all levels. Results The network report rate of medical institutions in Fujian province in 2012 was 99.4%. A total of 289 301 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported. The rate of not timely reporting was 0.22%, the rate of timely examination was 0.06%, the number of repeat reporting was 7, and the comprehensive rate was 99.7%. Site survey found no omission. There were significant differences in the completeness rate, accuracy rate and consistency rate among the institutions at all levels. The completeness rate and accuracy rate of the township level were higher, the consistency rates of the prefecture-level cities were higher, and the districts and county levels were lower. The occupational integrity rate (78.0%) of registered communicable diseases, current address accuracy (79.0%) and occupational consistency rate (77.3%) were lower. Conclusion The quality of notifiable infectious diseases network reporting in district and county medical institutions is low, and there are more problems in some areas. Relevant departments should take targeted measures to further improve the quality of infectious disease network reporting.
