遵照自治区党委和自治区人民政府《关于开展我区地方志编纂工作的决定》精神和自治区地方志总编室拟订的《新疆通志》编纂方案(草案)要求,我们于1984年6月份便开始进行编修《新疆通志·邮电志》的工作。现就此项工作进展情况向与会的各位领导和代表同志们作一简要汇报。
In accordance with the spirit of the Decision of the Autonomous Regional Party Committee and the People’s Government of Autonomous Region on the Compilation of Local History Records and the Compilation Plan of the Xinjiang Annals (Draft) Prepared by the Local Records Editor in the Autonomous Region, we began to compile them in June 1984 “Xinjiang Tongzhi post and telecommunications” work. We hereby brief you leaders and representatives of participating delegations on the progress of this work.
