轧钢机主传动系统的有效控制是降低其事故发生率的重要保障,能够提高轧钢机的工作稳定性,因此,深入研究了基于模糊PID技术的轧钢机主传动系统的控制。研究了轧钢机主传动系统的基本理论;分析了模糊自适应PID控制的基本原理;设计了模糊PID控制器模糊控制算法;最后,进行轧钢机主传动系统的模糊PID控制仿真研究,仿真结果表明模糊PID技术在轧钢机主传动系统的控制中具有较好的应用效果。
The effective control of the main drive system of the rolling mill is an important guarantee to reduce the accident rate and improve the working stability of the rolling mill. Therefore, the control of the main drive system of the rolling mill based on the fuzzy PID technology is deeply studied. The basic theory of the main drive system of the rolling mill is studied. The basic principle of the fuzzy adaptive PID control is analyzed. The fuzzy control algorithm of the fuzzy PID controller is designed. Finally, the fuzzy PID control simulation of the main drive system of the rolling mill is carried out. Fuzzy PID technology has good application effect in the control of the main drive system of the rolling mill.
