本文用荧光熄灭法研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH—PF)为指示剂测定Ti(Ⅳ).在吐温—80存在下Ti(Ⅳ)与DBH—PF形成1∶2紫红色配合物,λex1=470nm,λex2=502nm,λem=522nm,检测限为4μg/L线性范围为4~56μg/L。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,适用于检测合金钢及铝合金中的微量钛。
In this paper, dibromohydroxyphenylfluorone (DBH-PF) was used as an indicator to determine Ti (Ⅳ) by fluorescence quenching. In the presence of Tween-80, the complex of Ti (Ⅳ) with DBH-PF formed a 1: 2 purple complex with λex1 = 470nm, λex2 = 502nm and λem = 522nm. The detection limit was 4μg / L. . The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity and is suitable for detecting trace titanium in alloy steel and aluminum alloy.
