目前,产权交易市场主要以网络型的产权市场形式存在,这其中省级产权交易市场发挥着重要的支柱作用。伴随着多层次产权交易市场呼声的加大,省级产权交易市场一体化的构建也成为历史的必然。全国各省产权交易市场都在纷纷进行整合,产权市场的发展也由此迈向了一个新的阶段。因此,如何破除以前分散交易的局面,实现整体运行,便成为省级产权交易市场发展的当务之急。本文正是基于此,在分析省级产权交易市场一体化运行所依据的准则基础上,提出省级产权交易市场的一体化运行机制的初步设想。
At present, the property rights exchange market mainly exists in the form of network-based property rights market, of which the provincial property rights exchange market plays an important pillar role. With the increase of multi-level property rights trading market, the integration of provincial property rights trading market has also become the inevitable history. Property rights markets across the country have been in the process of integration, the development of property rights market has thus moved towards a new stage. Therefore, how to get rid of the situation of the previous decentralized transactions and achieve the overall operation has become the top priority for the development of the provincial property rights market. Based on this, based on the analysis of the guidelines for the integrated operation of the provincial property rights exchange market, this paper proposes the initial idea of the integrated operation mechanism of the provincial property rights exchange market.
