目的探讨空心加压螺钉在股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法我院选取了2010年10月~2014年10月来治疗的100例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，把100例患者随机分成两组，每组50例患者。给予对照组防旋螺钉治疗，观察组空心加压螺钉治疗，比较观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后哈里斯评分为90.54±7.21，对照组治疗后哈里斯评分为72.65±12.14，观察组明显优于对照组。两组差异(<0.05)，存在统计学意义。结论对股骨颈骨折患者使用空心加压螺钉进行治疗疗效确切，创伤小，恢复时间短，可在临床治疗中推广。“,”Objective To study the hol ow compression screws in the treatment of femoral neck fracture application ef ect.Methods Our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 to treat 100 cases of femoral neck fracture patients as the research object,the 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.To control the rotary screw treatment, observation group,hol ow compression screws for the treatment of two groups of treatment ef ect were studied.Results Observation group Har is score was 90.54±7.21 after treatment,the control group after treatment Har is score was 72.65±12.14,observation group is bet er than the control group.The dif erences between the two groups( <0.05),there is statistical significance.Conclusion Using hol ow compression screws in patients with femoral neck fracture treatment curative ef ect,lit le injury,short recovery time,can promote in the clinical treatment.
