领导是实施员工调节焦点引导的重要来源,然而很少有研究对领导行为中所蕴含的调节焦点倾向进行深入探讨。本文从一个整合性视角对领导调节聚焦行为进行了结构性定义开发,并通过一系列的研究对构念的效度及重要性进行了考察。最终,本研究开发出领导促进型聚焦行为和领导防御型聚焦行为的测度量表,并验证了领导调节聚焦行为与其它相似构念间的联系与区别,同时检验了领导调节聚焦行为对员工结果产出的预测效力。
Leadership is an important source for implementing the staff’s focus adjustment guidance. However, few researches have been carried out to investigate the adjustment focus tendency contained in the leadership behavior. This article constructs the definition of leadership regulation focusing from an integrated perspective and examines the validity and importance of the construction through a series of studies. Finally, this study developed a measure of leadership-led focusing and defensive-oriented focusing, and verified the connection and difference between the leadership-focused behavior and other similar constructs.
