目的:探讨对2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者予以临床内科观察和治疗的效果.方法:抽取52例2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者,其中26例为参照组采取基础治疗,26例为实验组采取临床内科观察和治疗.检验血糖水平、生活质量评分.结果:实验组患者的血糖水平低于参照组,生活质量评分高于参照组,两组差异性显著(p<0.05).结论:对2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者予以临床内科观察和治疗,使患者的血糖水平维持正常水平,使生活质量得到改善.
