本文针对某铀水冶厂酸法浸出过程中存在的问题,运用全面质量管理(以下简称TQC)方法,找出了降低铀矿石浸出的硫酸酸耗的途径。并在生产实践中取得了明显的经济效益。1982年平均酸耗较1980年下降了11.24%。1983年以来开展了降低酸耗工作的第四个PDCA·循环,进行强化分级浸出工业试验的酸耗与1980年相比下降了21.55%,为该矿近年来浸出酸耗最低值。
In this paper, aiming at the existing problems in acid leaching process of a uranium hydrometallurgy plant, a total quality management (TQC) method was used to find ways to reduce the sulfuric acid consumption of uranium ore leaching. And in the production practice has made significant economic benefits. In 1982, the average acid consumption dropped 11.24% from 1980. Since 1983, the fourth PDCA cycle to reduce acid consumption has been carried out. The acid consumption for intensive leaching industrial tests has dropped by 21.55% compared with that in 1980, which is the lowest acid leaching value of the mine in recent years.
