最近好像有一些兄弟在讨论肩部的锻炼问题,这里讲我自己的肩部锻炼,欢迎大家一起讨论。首先说说肩部的结构特点。肩部涉及的主要肌肉有三角肌、斜方肌的一部分和胸肌上沿。肩关节活动范围较大,韧带比较脆弱,容易受伤。今天,我们主要谈谈三角肌。三角肌可分成三个部分:前、中、后束。前束最为发达,卧推、推举、前平举等动作都会用到。中束在整个肩部造型中最为关键,肩宽不宽主要看它。后束一般人都比较薄弱,也最不好练。就像你伸出手拉开门时,就要用到三角肌的后束。
