本文报告碳酸氢钠(SB)对家兔口服阿司匹林(ASP)后血浆水杨酸(SA)浓度及其药代动力学的影响。结果 ASP 组(n=8)Ka=2.8171h~(-1)K,c=0.1730h~(-1),t1/2a=0.246h:t1/2e=4.01h,tmax=1.055h,Cmax=75.80ug/ml,AUC∞=541.71ug.h/ml;ASP 与 SB 合用组(n=8)Ka=2.8742h~(-1),Ke=0.1737h~(-1),t1/2a=0.241h,t1/2e=3.99h,tmax=1.039h,Cmax=74.24ug/ml,AUC∞=530.15ug.h/ml。表明 SB 对 ASP 口服给药的药代学参数无明显影响,提示两药合用不会影响 ASP 疗效。
This article reports the effect of sodium bicarbonate (SB) on plasma salicylic acid (SA) concentrations and their pharmacokinetics after oral administration of aspirin in rabbits. Results In ASP group (n = 8), Ka = 2.8171h -1 K, c = 0.1730h -1, t1 / 2a = 0.246h: t1 / 2e = 4.01h, tmax = 1.055h, Cmax = 75.80ug / ml, AUC∞ = 541.71ug.h / ml; the combination of ASP and SB (n = 8) Ka = 2.8742h -1, Ke = 0.1737h -1, t1 / 2a = 0.241 h, t1 / 2e = 3.99h, tmax = 1.039h, Cmax = 74.24ug / ml, AUC∞ = 530.15ug.h / ml. It indicates that there is no significant effect of SB on pharmacokinetic parameters of oral administration of ASP, suggesting that combination of the two drugs will not affect the efficacy of ASP.
