新年伊始,我们国家提出一个特别响亮的口号:用15年时间跻身创新型国家行列。我们的国家提出过很多口号,改革开放前和改革开放后都提出过很多口号,后来的实践证明有些口号是对的,有些口号是错的,有些口号是合乎实际的,有些口号是不合实际的。有些口号是主观动机和出发点都很好,目标也十分美妙,因为缺乏实现口号的配套措施、相关政策、资金后盾及其一系列相关条件,因而只是当时喊了一下后来就放弃了。
At the beginning of the new year, our country has put forward a particularly loud slogan: in 15 years, it ranks among the innovative countries. Our country has put forward many slogans. Before the reform and opening up and after the reform and opening up, many slogans were put forward. Later practice proved that some slogans were correct, some slogans were wrong, some slogans were realistic and some slogans were unrealistic . Some slogans are subjective motives and starting points are very good, the goal is very wonderful, because of the lack of support measures to achieve the slogan, the relevant policies, financial backing and a series of related conditions, so just shout a bit and later gave up.
