目的:观察趋化因子CXCL16及其受体CXCR6在中重度牙周炎牙龈组织和健康牙龈组织中的表达及相互关系。方法:收集辽宁省人民医院口腔科门诊就诊和住院患者的牙龈组织79例,其中健康牙龈组40例,中、重度牙周炎组39例,年龄35~74岁。采用免疫组织化学染色法观察牙龈组织中CXCL16和CXCR6的阳性细胞百分率和染色强度。采用SPSS15.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:与健康牙龈组相比,CXCL16在中重度牙周炎组中的表达显著升高(P<0.05),CXCR6在中重度牙周炎组中的表达较健康牙龈组显著升高(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,CXCLl6与CXCR6在中重度牙周炎患者牙龈组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.580,P<0.05);而在健康牙龈组织中,两者的表达无相关性。结论:趋化因子CXCLl6及其受体CXCR6可能与牙周炎的发病有关,两者在牙周炎的发病过程中可能共同发挥作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of CXCL16 and its receptor CXCR6 in gingival tissues and healthy gingival tissues of moderate-severe periodontitis and their correlations. Methods: Totally 79 cases of gingival tissue were collected from the outpatients and inpatients in Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital. Among them, there were 40 cases of healthy gums and 39 cases of moderate and severe periodontitis. The ages ranged from 35 to 74 years old. Immunocytochemical staining was used to observe the percentage of positive cells and staining intensity of CXCL16 and CXCR6 in gingival tissues. SPSS15.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: Compared with healthy gingival group, the expression of CXCL16 in moderate and severe periodontitis group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the expression of CXCR6 in moderate and severe periodontitis group was significantly higher than that in healthy gingival group (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of CXCL6 and CXCR6 in gingival tissues of patients with moderate or severe periodontitis (r = 0.580, P <0.05). However, there was no correlation between CXCL6 and gingival tissues in healthy gingival tissues. Conclusion: The chemokine CXCL16 and its receptor CXCR6 may be related to the pathogenesis of periodontitis, both of which may play a role in the pathogenesis of periodontitis.
