以种植长柔毛野豌豆(Vicia villosa Roth.)结合自然生草2、4和6年及各自的清耕除草(对照)苹果园耕作层(0~20 cm)土壤为试材,测定土壤有机质、养分、酶及微生物特性的变化,旨在为长柔毛野豌豆在果园生草中的推广应用提供科学依据。试验结果表明,生草2、4和6年的果园0~20 cm耕作层土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量、土壤磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性及土壤微生物呼吸、活性与活跃微生物量大多高于其各自的清耕对照;生草2年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力低于其清耕对照或差异不显著,而生草4年和6年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力均高于其清耕对照。表明果园种植长柔毛野豌豆结合自然生草能全面提升土壤综合肥力。
In this study, Vicia villosa Roth.
