信用缺失，不仅会影响正常的经济秩序，而且会阻碍经济的健康发展；信用缺失，不仅会影响合格市场主体的培养，而且会毒化社会风气；信用缺失，不仅会影响企业的经营活动和经济效益，而且会损害广大消费者的根本利益；信用缺失，不仅会败坏企业的声誉和形象。而且会影响国家的形象及对外经济文化交往。一个信用十分恶化的社会，很难想象能建立起健全的市场经济体系。今年“两会”时；总理在报告中有这样一句话：要大力倡导诚实守信的社会公德，加速建立、健全社会信用制度。中国的领导人意识到了信用的重要，中国的一大批有识之士意识到了信用的重要，中国的普通百姓也意识到了信用的重要。此时，倡导建立中国的信用体系可谓正当其时。

At this point, advocating the establishment of China’s credit system is justified.
