用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定了石硖龙眼品种不同组织器官的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、儿茶酚氧化酶、细胞色素氧化酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶等6种酶的同工酶谱,结果发现龙眼不同组织器官的同工酶具有特异性,叶片的同工酶最稳定且最具代表性。另测定了广东39个龙眼栽培品种(系)叶片6种酶的同工酶,并通过模糊聚类方法进行分析,将39个品种(系)分成13类,同类之间亲缘关系较近,不同类之间亲缘关系较远
The peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, catechol oxidase, cytochrome oxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase in different tissues and organs of longan variety were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis The results showed that isozymes of different tissues and organs of longan were specific and the isoenzymes of leaves were the most stable and most representative. The isozymes of 6 enzymes in leaves of 39 longan cultivars (lines) in Guangdong were also determined and analyzed by fuzzy clustering method.
