本文介绍了三角铧子随机裁荷的基本特性,阐述了数据的采集和检验方法,且采用数据处理机(7T08)对三角铧子随机载荷在三个领域内进行处理,列举了三角铧子随机载荷的概率密度,自相关和自功率谱密度图,并进行分析描述了三角铧子受力作用点和铧子表面正压力分布规律及载菏的频率结构,为改进三角铧子的结构,强度计算,材料的研究提供了科学依据。
This paper describes the basic characteristics of triangular rakes for random cutting, describes the data collection and testing methods, and uses a data processor (7T08) to handle triangular rake random loads in three areas, enumerating the randomness of triangular rakes. The probability density of the load, the autocorrelation and the self-power spectral density maps, and the analysis describe the distribution of the positive pressure on the force acting point and the surface of the braid and the frequency structure of the carrier, in order to improve the structure and strength of the triangular forceps. Calculations, studies of materials provide scientific basis.
