随着幼儿教育的不断发展,传统的幼儿评价方式已逐渐被幼儿成长档案多元化的评价方式所代替。这种评价方式不仅符合幼儿的身心发育规律,更体现了幼儿的个性化发展和多元化评价的特点,更有助于充分发掘幼儿的潜能,促进幼儿的健康发展,最终提高教师的教学专业化。因此,本文就以此为出发点,深入分析了现阶段幼儿评价中存在的误区,并有针对性地提出促进幼儿成长档案多元化评价的对策。
With the continuous development of early childhood education, the traditional evaluation methods for early childhood have gradually been replaced by the evaluation method of diversity of early childhood growth records. This evaluation method not only conforms to the law of physical and mental development of young children but also reflects the individualized development of children and the characteristics of diversified evaluation. It also helps to fully tap the potential of young children, promote the healthy development of young children, and ultimately improve teachers’ teaching specialization . Therefore, this article takes this as a starting point, in-depth analysis of the current errors in the evaluation of children in early childhood, and put forward specific measures to promote diversified evaluation of young children’s growth files.
