定量分析已成为当今现代化科学管理中必不可少的强有力工具。随着行为科学与定量分析的推广,大多企业运用定量分析管理决策,不失为管理实践的巨大进步。然而,问题的关键是大量数据并不真实,建立在虚假数据之上的繁荣真的可靠吗?行为科学与定量分析作为科学研究的现代化技术手段,展现给我们以全新的范式和视角,在管理学所涉及的各侧面有其独特的理论意义和现实贡献。对于企业而言,在运用这些现代分析技术时,首要前提是确保数据的真实性和可信度,而不是为了满足某种预期目标需要而有意识地建立漂亮数据。本文以Y公司为例,分析当前应用定量分析方法的企业塑造数据的现象,并剖析其映射出的矛盾实质,同时也期望以此引起管理人员的反思,改进管理技术应用,使之更具科学性、合理性、真实性、实用性。
