我党印刷界前辈林德光先生,早年在法国参加过国际工运斗争,参与筹办过《救国报》、《救国时报》,当年在巴黎曾亲手排版、印制、发行过《八一宣言》。回国后,他先后在武汉、重庆新华日报社、延安中共中央秘书处印刷所、东北日报社等部门从事新闻、出版、印刷工作。 林德光生于1907年1月,浙江青田县人。1927年底,他离家到意大利谋生。1930年辗转来到法国,先后在巴黎、郎丁、地雄果等地做工。在法国,他认识了中国赴法勤工俭学的何以端。何是1927年加入中国共产党,在法国水泥厂担任中国工人的翻译兼记工员。何经常给林德光讲革命道理,并给林一些进步书刊阅读,使林的思想受到很大的影响。“九·一八”事
