目的探讨医科大学毕业生应激性生活事件与应对方式的关系,为医科大学开展心理卫生教育提供依据。方法采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和简易应对方式问卷对618名毕业生进行测试。结果生活事件发生的频度前三位依次为考试(就业)失败或不理想、升学或就业有压力、被人误会或错怪;应激量前三位依次为升学或就业有压力、考试(就业)失败或不理想、被人误会或错怪;男女生的积极应对和消极应对的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01);毕业生对应激性生活事件以采取积极应对的方式为主;毕业生的消极方式与近一年的生活事件的应激总量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论就业问题是毕业生首要的应激生活事件,对毕业生进行职业教育和心理辅导是十分必要的。
Objective To explore the relationship between stressful life events and coping styles among medical university graduates and to provide basis for carrying out mental health education in medical universities. Methods A total of 618 graduates were tested using the ASLEC and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The first three of the frequency of life events were failure or unsatisfactory examination (employment), pressure to go to school or employment, misunderstanding or misunderstanding; the top three stressors were pressure to go to higher education or employment, and the examination (employment ) Failed or unsatisfactory, was misunderstood or weird; boys and girls positive coping and negative coping differences were statistically significant (P <0.01); graduates of stressful life events to take a positive response to the main; graduation The negative ways of living positively correlated with the total stress of life events in the recent year (P <0.01). Conclusion The employment problem is the primary stressful life event for graduates. It is necessary to carry out vocational education and psychological counseling for graduates.
